*Judge may order additional $100.00 pursuant to Act No. 95-733, Forensic Trust Fund on convictions for drug possession, drug sale, drug trafficking, and drug paraphernalia as defined in 13A-12-211-260, Code of Alabama.
**$50.00 additional penalty shall automatically be assessed upon conviction of the statues and rules relating to drivers license (DWR, SWS, DWL, Falsely Obtaining DL, etc.) See Act 98-671.
